Limited Warranty

1 MUSTARD SEED, LLC warrants to the original purchaser that this product will be free from defects in materials and workmanship, when given normal, proper and intended usage, for the warranty period. During the warranty period, we will repair or replace, at our option and without cost to you, any defective product. All such repairs or replacements shall take place within 1 Year of original purchase date.

This warranty covers the original manufactured product a time of purchase. We have no obligation to make repairs or replacements which are required by normal wear and tear, or which result, in whole or in part, from catastrophe, negligence, improper use or modification of the product, or by causes external to the product such as, but not limited to, mishandling or abuse of the product.

OUR MAXIMUM LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE ACTUAL PURCHASE PRICE PAID BY YOU FOR THE PRODUCT. IN NO EVENT SHALL WE BE LIABLE FOR SPECIAL, INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL OR INDIRECT DAMAGES. THIS WARRANTY APPLIES TO THE ORIGINAL PURCHASER ONLY AND SHALL NOT EXTEND TO ANY OTHER PERSON OR ENTITY.
